our rooms at the castle apartments were great,the location was perfect!The rooms were large and clean and check in was a 3 minute walk away.The price was excellant and that included a very nice breakfast in the check-in building.We would highly recommend the castle apartments to friends and family.

Vstřícná obsluha na recepci. Byli jsme ubytovaní U tří trumpetistů, ubytování bylo výborné, fotografie pokoje odpovídají realitě. Snídaně byly také výborné.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The appartment is really nice.
we had a little problem with the electricity, which was solved very quickly, even though it was Sunday.
The only suggestion I would make is, to better supply the appartments wich kitchen. Ours had no bottle oppener, and the glasses were all very small. For the children they were OK, but my husband bought himself a beer glas. And even if you do serve breakfast, a simple coffee machine in the apartment would have been nice.
The service was excelent, and the apartment was clean and nicely furnished.
We enjoyed it very much, and will for sure come back!

Generous sized apartments at a very reasonable price in a prime location just within the City Walls. Not especially luxurious but that mattered little given the other major virtues. Courteous and efficient service.
I would highly recommend these apartments. There are a variety of sizes of apartment, including larger ones that interconnect. Ideal for a group of friends.

Vše proběhlo k naší spokojenosti, na což jsem si již při využívání Vašich služeb zvykl (snad mi tento zvyk nebude ke škodě a nebudu ani v budoucnu nucen tento názor měnit). Asi si teď říkáte, že jsem trochu zkřížil dvě věci dohromady.
Jsem si toho vědom a vysvětlím to tak, že pokud jsem využil Vašich zprostředkovatelských služeb (s kterými jsem dosud také spokojen), byl jsem spokojen i s přímým poskytovatelem ubytovacích a s tím souvisejících služeb.

Very nice, clean apartment. It was very hot (37 degrees) during our stay. A fan would have been very welcome! There was a lot of noise from the street until the early hours of the morning which we did not like. Breakfast was very good. Also the staff at the information office were very kind and helpful.

Dobrý den, chtěl bych opravdu na výbornou ohodnotit ubytování v Zámeckých
apartmá v Krumlově na 4,5 z pěti , kde jsme trávili s manželkou 7 denní
svatební cestu,příjemné prostředí, příjemné jednání od obsluhy,velmi bohaté
snídaně,rychlý internet v pokoji a péči o klienta (úklid výměna prádla
atd.)Jedinou malou výtku bych měl k chybějící alespoň malé lednici na
pokoji,kde by jsi člověk vychladil v horkých letních dnech pití. Závěrem až
pojedu opět do Krumlova,rád Zámecké apartmá opět navštívím. S pozdravem

We came back today from Cesky Krumlov. It was very nice and the city is also really charming. I just want to thank you for a very pretty accomodation. Everything in the Hotel was nice and OK. The whole group is satisfied. The Castle apartments are very clean, enough big for four people and the breakfast was also good. The stuff on the reception are also very friendly and ready to help. The only thing which we didn´t like, but it doesn´t have nothing with you or with the people in the Hotel, is unfotrunately the food. We wanted to eat something realy Czech, but the food in a few restaurants was not good. We are going to travel at the end of August to Prague and we hope that the food there is better. Thank you for everything and if we decide to travel once to Cesky Krumlov I´ll contact you again.

ráda bych Vám poděkovala za zprostředkování ubytování v Českém Krumlově v apartmánu Castle. Ubytování bylo velice pěkné, slečna na recepci ochotná a příjemná. Celkově nás Český Krumlov ohromil a rádi ho někdy opět navštívíme.
I Vám osobně bych ještě jednou ráda poděkovala za ochotu a vstřícnost. Dali jsme i na Vaše doporučení a navštívili restauraci Maštal, kde jsme si velice pochutnali.

moje ubytování bylo v pořádku, akorát jsem byl nemile překvapen, ?e na pokoji nebyla ani malá televize, co? pro úroveň Zámeckých apartmánů je v současné době nepřijatelné, kdy u penzionů o dvě třídy ní?e nebo v ubytovnách, je to samozřejmostí. To by měl být námět k minimální investici pro majitele ZA.

However when we came to the hotel we were informed that the receptionist did not have our reservation. We were lucky that the our apartment was not taken so we were able to get it. Otherwise this would have turned in a very unpleasant experience.

We stayed in Castle Apartments (apt. no.7 which is now no. 9) what we found well furnished, comfortable, clean, spacious and has a certain ambience. All the staff we met there were helpful and friendly. We paid a visit to Ceske Budejovice, Trebon and Jindrichuv Hradec as well but the far best is Cesky Krumlov. :) Since we decided to visit to town one more time (perhaps next spring?) you may surely expect us as your quests again.

do Krumlova jsme přijeli v sobotu kolem poledne a hned jsme se ubytovali. Při vstupu do pokojů nás překvapila velká zima. Chápeme, ?e se v?ichni sna?í u?etřit, ale pokud mají nahlá?eno ubytování rodiny s malými dětmi, tak mě přijde dost neslu?né, aby v listopadu byla topení úplně zastavená a nebylo dopředu zatopeno na normální pokojovou teplotu kolem 20C. Nepatříme na dovolených mezi problematické klienty, kteří si jdou ihned stě?ovat na v?e, a tak jsme doufali, ?e se teplota v pokojích do večera změní. Bohu?el po na?em návratu do hotelu jsme zjistili, ?e v hlavním pokoji, který je spojený s lo?nicí, fungují pouze 3 radiátory z 5-ti. Celý večer jsme strávili u televize zabalení do dek a následně je s radostí pou?ili i na noc. Peřiny by nestačily. Druhý den jsme to hlásili na recepci při předávání klíčů, bez zjevného zájmu. Asi je to připraveno na cizince, aby měli nezapomenutelný zá?itek na náv?těvu Českého Krumlova.

First of all, the town is wonderful, it had to be just a stopover on our way back home from Prague and it was indeed a great surprise in our journey! I hope UNESCO patronage will help you to keep it so charming. The personnel in the Info center was very very kind, professional and open to fulfill our requests and explain us about opening hours of main monuments in C.K. Thanks!! Parking was easy to reach and Pivovar Eggenberg has excellent "pivo" and food :-) The apartment was in a wonderful location, clean and easy-to-access. The only stain on our stay was the bed, really not very comfortable: there is a problem on the wooden structure on which the mattress lies (some bars were missing). don't worry: all the rest was very good and we will advice our friends to pay a visit at C.K. at least once in their life. And we will return sooner or later, no doubt.

od 17.1.-18.1.2009 jsme byli ubytováni v Zámeckém apartmá. Děkujeme za ochotu při objednávání, vstřícné a příjemné jednání na recepci a celkové slu?by (včetně zaji?tění parkování). S ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni (atmosféra apartmá a velmi hezké zařízení interiéru i celého domu, okouzlující výhledy). Velmi rádi při pří?tí náv?těvě vyu?ijeme Va?ich slu?eb.

we finishes our stay in krumlov, latran - it was very nice. the service was very friendly. but one thing was shocking! the door to apartment nr. 4 is terrible modern and without charme! also the bathroom!
