The Pension and Grill Restaurant Na Ostrove (On The Island) is located in the immediate vicinity of the heart of Cesky Krumlov on a small island formed by the River Vltava and a mill race.

PetsIt has a big common room, garden with own creek, patio, both indoor and outdoor play-corner, a locked parking lot, a room for bicycles and a shed for motorcycles.
We offer accommodation in 2 small double rooms (no.1 & 3), 2 large double or triple rooms (no.2 & 4, extra bed for fourth person is also possible) and 1 attic apartment with two double beds and kitchenette (for up to 5 persons). The rooms no.1 and 2 are located on first floor and no.3 and 4 are on the second floor, the attic apartment is on the third floor without elevator. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms with showers and flat satellite TVs.
The restaurant with an open kitchen is located on the ground floor of the pension. Adjacent to the restaurant which holds 25-30 people inside, there are two terraces (for further 60 persons) with a marvellous view of the Castle, the Castle Tower and the River Vltava. The position of the restaurant is one of the most attractive in Cesky Krumlov.
The buffet-style breakfast is served here each day from 8 to 10 a.m. During the day (till 10p.m.) our Grill Restaurant offer several types of vegetable salads, pork, chicken and beef steaks, fish (including fresh trout or char), but also an exceptional offer of Panini baguettes (on sale at the counter). We serve Czech Budweiser Beer both light and dark, bottle Carlsberg, Piacento coffee and selected Moravian wines. We can serve group menus, cater for celebrations, wedding receptions and small routs. We look forward to your visit.
We also offer reduction cards (20% for 1-5 persons) or half-boarding and full-boarding in our another two restaurants - Mastal restaurant (located on the main square) and Satlava restaurant (romantic arched restaurant in the street Satlavska in the old town offering meals prepared on the open fire). The 20% reduction is valid on the whole bill, the price of the half-board is 100 CZK.
If you would like to view the city from the water, you may rent rafts from us. We can arrange transport for the raft up-river to Vetrni from where you can paddle down to your pension in about half an hour. Keen anglers can use our private fishpond which lies 10 km from Cesky Krumlov and so take pleasure from your catch. You may rent bicycles to explore the surroundings of Cesky Krumlov - you may ride up the Klet mountain or visit the ruins of the castle Divci Kamen. Well-marked cycle paths lead you to an array of beautiful places. You may also visit the swimming pool and sports centre which lies 200 metres from the pension.
