Pension Kovarna

It was once the area of the Upper Gate, one of the gates to the town, which you can see on this picture from early 19th century. The history of the building dates back to the 16th century. In the last twenty years of the 17th century and in the 18th century a blacksmith's was here, from whence the building has its present name. The building has a well preserved pronounced Baroque facade, richly articulated mainly in the front facade by lizenne frames, pilastres, stucco window decorations, and other valuable architecural details.

Each of our 9 cozy and air-conditioned rooms is unique! All rooms are equipped with a luxurious bathroom, toilet, mini fridge, safe, TV and seating area. An excellent hot and cold buffet breakfast is included in the accommodation price.

Possibility to use the common room with seating during the entire stay. There is a storage room for bikes, strollers and skis. Wifi connection throughout the building.

Parking is possible directly at the guesthouse - two parking spaces. Additional spaces are available in the nearby P5 parking lot.

Payment & Cancellation Conditions

Typically we don't charge any deposit, prepayment or booking fee, you can pay directly in the hotel by credit card or in cash. Only if you don't arrive or cancel less than two days before arrival, the amount corresponding to the price for the first night of your stay will be charged to your credit card. In case of a group booking the conditions will be settled individually.
